Returns and refunds

All Sales Final:
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.


Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or store credit if the issue is confirmed.

Non-Eligible Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing or preference
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.
